^^^ i don't know about the salt thing but the tearing down of the jump is true and i also know that TR took a shit on the landing. (watch the extras in pop). and honestly i agree with them. they spend an entire week building that massive thing and then people want to just come by and poach it? thats bullshit. i wouldn't want people hitting my jump that i spent a week to build either. build your own or help us build it and then you can hit it. that double cork 1080 was the sickest trick ever so i think he had the right to shit on the landing. he claimed it.

 
You guys are all acting like fucking kids. "oh you dont like what I say? Well I can ski better than you!" That's all bullshit, there's no way they would salt the landing, A) it would be too much work and too much salt and B) why would they do that, now even THEY can't hit it. How about you all keep your mouthes shut until you actually get EVIDENCE, having it confirmed by some other random doesn't mean shit, unless I see hard evidence of that I wouldn't buy it for a dollar.

Romain and I destroyed it. There were some other snowboarders who wanted to hit it the next day, and we were like, "F-k this, we put all of our time and effort into it, what's a little bit more time to go tear it down?" If people really want to hit it that badly, they can spend their own time building it up. It's dangerous to leave that shit up. Some kid's going to come and try to hit it and just work himself. For the kids! Keep the kids safe!

If you are willing to put the time in to make the jump, then you deserve to hit it. But dont say they salted the landing to make it impossible to ride, that's stupid.

 
yea!! if i worked 3 full days to make a perfect jump i wouldnt want some random kids coming by to hit it... plus he says it was some snowboarder kids and if they wanted to get hurt on it they can make their own jump, he had no problem with people hitting it on their own, and its not like he didnt want skiers hitting it.. he didnt want some stupid snowboarders using and getting hurt on his jump
