Ch.9 mammoth

well mammoth is getting a new six pack but there ripping down Ch.9 and putting it there so some of the best powder day runs are now going to be tracked out by 10am insted for 12pm fuck i need to get away from this place!!!
 
Oh great...complain about only getting powder runs till 10...Us from the east are excited when there's 6-8 inches of fresh snow...So SHUT UP!!!
 
that is not true. they are keeping the capacity the same. the same amount of people per hour will be brought up the hill by the chair.
 
yes, I understand what they are doing. But they are putting less chairs on it. So each chair takes a shorter amount of time, but the same amount of people are uploaded per hour.

Once they build the Eagle Gondola, then they are gonna put more chairs on 9 to increase capacity over to that side.
 
instead of having chairs every few feet like it is now, they are going to have chairs every a million feet so the capacity is the same. eventually they are going to put the chairs from eagle onto 9 and then put gondolas onto eagle.. but until that happens, 9 shouldnt get too crowded
 
Yea dude youll find freshies. Id guess that most of the skiers up there are city slicker weekend warriors and prolly dont know much of the secret stashes...
 
If chair nine is open you already missed the fresh fool, becuase all the "not nice" (who say whatup to you everyday even though im perfectly capible of making your time in Mammoth horrible) kids have already skied it.
 
hey im not saying you guys arnt nice.. fuck you guys kill it. but there is alot of people that i say wat up to and they just ski right past me. but its all good .. yeah and your right i dont really ride ch. 9
 
hahah same here. did you ski the amazing fluffy snow we had this winter. one storm can't remember when it was, but the snow was epic. so light and airy, i've never skied anything like it before
