some gay ass dynastars...
the shop's wont do it because the edge got ripped off, so its a liability. how can i do it myself.

you probably can't. You don't want to freehand it, and I'm assuming you don't have a jig. Find a shop with a cool techie, give him a six pack and sign a contract saying you won't hold the shop liable.

i have dont it a bunch of times on a ski where i just measured them dead center, put them to fit my boot, and drilled holes where the screws should go, then put the screws in

yep and most techs will do it for a six pack, at least the ones at the shop i work at would
