I don't think it's worth getting re-mounted to center, because it will put another set of holes in, which weakens the ski and lowers re-sale value.also the skis will handle a little better in trees, moguls, and groomers for any time you do spend out of the park. Also i think they should handle better carving off jumps if not center mounted. The only advantages true center would give you would be the skis are a little more evenly balanced, although the tip would still be a little heavier, since it is wider than the tail. Also the heelpiece of bindings is heavier than the toepiece, so you would actually have to mount somewhere forward of center to get a perfect balance. True center would also make it so you could ski minimally better switch.
