Centered mounted bindings

obviously the 1080s are centered mountain, but i was looking at the 1260s and noticed that when u mount the bindings they are centered perfectly in the ski, what does this do, it seems like it would make jibbing easier, other then that, does it make the performace different from a mounting that isnt centered?

i just got skogens, like them for park, but cus they have so much tail i have to be sooooo far back in the pow or i will go over the front

it helps on switch rails cause its easier to get ure feet over it...mine aren't center mounted and like where my toes are its gets on the rail and then I fall off
