How many people are center mounted? I think i'm gonna get mine remounted in the center since all I have in michigan is park (if you can call it that). Does it improve spinning and such a lot? and does it take a little while to get used to?

THere was a post about this just the other day. I'll fill you in though.

Spinning and skiing switch will be MUCH easier. Your ability to swing the ski when spinning will be easier and having more ski downhill when skiing switch provides you with more control. Stability will be decreased when you're actually skiing though. But unless you're a bitch, you should be able to muscle your way to glory regardless. If you're just skiing park though I would DEF. mount them center. Benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Word.

excellent. center mounting tomorrow it is.

jackbach is right. benefits def outweigh the drawbacks. i centered my skis last season and it was a huge improvement as far as balance and swing weight for getting all tech on rails. they spin quicker and feel more lively. they're a little squirrely when you try to ski in a straight line on hardpack, but i can deal with that. you should too.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.

1 inch behind centre is best in my opinion. its way better to ride pow a little back, and although 1 inch doesnt make too much difference it still helps

'this is just like sex, only im having it!'
