Center Mounting? Help!

Is center mounting when you have the same length for tip and tail? Because i asked for my skis to be center mounted and they gave me a much longer tip than tail!

Yeah thats it... but check on the binding is it a jib binding???If it is usually they have a way to move them forward and backwards.Hope i was of help
