Well it goes like this....
the recommended mark of a ski is where it will ski best because this is the best possible mounting point in relation to the sidecut shape...
center mounting a traditionally shaped ski GENERALLY takes away some performance, as you are trying to pressure the sidecut form a location that is less than perfect...
the recommended mark for lizzies i think is 2cm back from true center, or pretty dang close, this is where the lizzie will ski best. at recommended, i have heard uncountable tales of how amazing the ski is switch as well as forwards (haha) and even mounted a little back, at recommended...
therefore the moral of this is, I, as a single opinion among 100,000 other skiers, would NOT recommend center mounting, as the recommended point is very close to start with, and they ski just as well at recommended, and mounting at center might possibly mess a little with performance.
