Don't forget that buttering is a whole body experience, with a nosebutter you want to find the butter with your legs and hips, and your upper body goes a long way in holding weight and pressure in the right spot, but for me it is mostly in the knees. If you want to ski center mount and learn nosebutters, id recommend learning them center mount right off the bat, just don't be afraid to up the dins a little and really throw your weight around to find that sweet spot.
