I don't know if this happens to anyone else but i get about 2-5 spam text messages a day, everything from car deals to sex texts lol. Anyone know how to stop these messages? most of em are from some obscure 6 digit number and it is a real pain in the arse

I have MetroPCS and get like 5 ads a day. Some freeze my phone and I have to take the battery out, blows goats...

Just got another one

This one reads

"Hay sweetie! I'm holly & I'd LOVE to taese you & please you with my mouth till you C*M!! I'm so wet naw! 6 Mins Free call me 8668872674"

Misspellings and all, these are becoming more and more amusing actually
 
never had those and im on the do not call list, but my fried is on the do not call list and still gets around 5 calls a day from telemarketers, but neither of us get the text ones
 
One time I got a couple phone calls about a van that was listed on craigslist with my number. I went with it and arranged a date and time for them to come see it, and they followed through. Never heard from them again ..
 
I would suggest destroying your phone asap. Once done try to find a phone slightly older. Perhaps without texting capabilities. Problem solved.
