CELL PHONE HELP! please

So I have a Motorola Sliver and its frozen on a screen that has the Verizon logo and black background on it. I plugged it in to charge it and it stills freezes when i turn it on. I tried taking out the battery too.

Any help? thanks

I have a SLVR too, its with AT&T. Whenever i have a problem i usually throw it and mutter how much i hate it. It works.

dude these are ridiculous. does yours ever freeze like this? And it takes like 10mins to erase texts.... how gay.

does anyone know if the verizon store with make me pay for them to repair this thing???

same thing happened to my razr then the screen went out. I used to have verizon there phones suck dick they get slow because they put there own OS on them and then it causes them to slow down. Best advide for you is buy a new phone or file an insurance claim with verizon if you have insurance.
