Castleford to become premier freestyle slope in UK in coming weeks

so I was at work today and there was a letter to all the people in Sno! Zone

reading through it it now stands that in the coming weeks Cas will be

putting out the park earlier in the week and taking out later so

freestyle nights will stand as Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

ALSO

once a month on a saturday (last saturday of the month it says) there

will be an even more advanced park put out and the slope will be open

until 2am!

they guy taking over is a freestyle boarder according to one of the

boarders at cas and wants to see Cas become the premier freestyle slope

in the UK

cannot wait for the coming weeks

the first saturday event known as Park Strife is this coming saturday fingers crossed

if only the south west had something along these lines, exeter isn't quite the hot spot for snowsports right now. rain yes, snow no.
 
oh man you live in exeter same (well thorverton if you no it just outside exeter) i wish even somewhere like bristol had a place like this
 
no i havent been yet but i have been bugging my parents to take me

if only i could drive

but i am probably heading over there sometime in january
 
I'm planning on doing a tour of northern ski areas one weekend. Like catch the train from London to Manchester, ski the Chill, then the next night ski as Cas, then back home. PM me if you want to come. I'll try and get it to coincide with events.
