Cashing a check

i should be gettin a 75 dolla check in the mail

can i just go to any old bank and cash it or do i have to have an account set up

im pretty sure you have to have an account at the bank you're cashing the check in, but not 100% positive

there are places where you can just come in, give your check and they give you your money...no bank account required...its helpful if you dont actually have a bank account or you dont want to have that money traced back to you

you can cash it at the bank the check is from with no account, otherwise you need an account

local liquor store bro... been cashing my checks at them for a while... and they wont take much out of it either...

a bank usually requires an account and to start one u usually have to deposit something like 50 bucks... so yeah...

Especially in this short of time..... and it takes 4-6 weeks to get the check
