When will this park be made? I get back to oregon the start of may and really wanna get down with cascade. Big jumps are well.

Hopefully they get it up soon, i only got to hit it once last year but it was so fun

he has no acl, it completely disappeared. but yeah, i mean the hrm park is really super and all but i want those big jumps!

according to the "amazing" dave's blog
when will the cascade spring park start to be builtMatt's reply:Brian: I don't have a specific time frame yet - although we're meeting Friday to discuss this. There's still a lot that can be done with our current parks which the crew is currently focused on.

this doesn't look too good, seems like they barely have any plans, looks like we'll still have another month of hrm. shiit

yeah, that would be nice, i'll just go up, kick it with a camera, and work on my goggle tan. haha. i'm there. i do enjoy a good hike now and again. i'll also just be hella blazed. haha

all i want are big jumps and tech rails. i am so tired of short flat boxes. there are no kinks ANYWHERE!!! except for the pile next to the trees not being used

i think everyone agrees with you on that one. someone should go up there at like one in the morning and hike up to the good rails with ten people or something and set them all up.

1 more in agreement right here. not a single damn kink anywhere. that up down last year in the spring was so sick. why dont they set up the full easy rider park that went 3 tables to some money rails or hip and step up. god that was the best easy rider has every been. hrm is doing alright but strangely flat. what happened to the days of actually speed checking and not skating between tables?

sucks for you guys I have Vail resorts to make my parks excellent and immaculate and fucking huge

well as long as were having a where-people-from-oregon-live-now park claim-off I'll have to throw Whistler/Blackcomb in there...Black park is the sickest.

there are large piles of snow on cascade that look like the beginning of the formation of the super park jumps...

yea once it stops snowing they will start building. hopefully it will be done within the next two weeks.

plans this year is for a long rhythm section of 50-60 footers (6 or 7 jumps hopefully) with some rails at the bottom. should be sick, hopefully it gets goin soon

i dont know if its true but i was talkin to a guy at gregs sports in hood river this weekend and he said they couldent build the cascade superpark. it was something about some guy dieing in washington on a huge jump so the insurence companies had to make some stupid rule about paying a ridiculous amount to have stuff over 40 feet. again dont know if its true but that is what i heard.

yea i've heard a bunch of mixed stuff about whether its gonna be built or not, there was a rumor going around that it wasn't and one of the lifty's was explaining that they were only gonna build the small and middle park up at cascade this year, but then my friend somehow managed to talk to one of the mt. hood meadows supervisors, and they said that a superpark was for sure gonna be built, and since thats a pretty reliable source. i think we don't have to worry about cascade getting built this year

From what I've heard the Cascade Super park will not be a real "Super" park this year, they've decided to tone things down a bit so the jumps are more accessible to the general public and so people won't die.

Also from what I hear, they might have started pushing some snow already, but due to all of the weather up there there won't be a park on Cascade until May.

still gonna be bigger than anything else this year, just not as big as the upper tables and step up gaps last year

hopefully its not too small
