right from in front of my fucking house. $285 to go get the damn thing and its not even worth 10 times that. needless to say im livid right now.

Title 31 (Money and Finance), Subtitle IV (Money), Chapter 51 (Coins and Currency), Subchapter I (Monetary System), Section 5103 (Legal Tender) of the United States Code states:

United States coins and currency (including Federal reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues. Foreign gold or silver coins are not legal tender for debts.
What this statute means, in the words of the United States Treasury, is that "[A]ll United States money . . . is a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor. There is, however, no Federal law mandating that a person or organization must accept currency or coins as for payment for goods and/or services."
Maybe they don't have to accept 28,500 pennies...still worth a shot though, good luck getting that many pennies
 
this, although pennies have to be accepted as a form of payment, i believe businesses have the right to refuse service if they deem it necessary, in this case, someone being pretty damn ridiculous (lets be real here guys, as funny as it is, it is absolutely ridiculous and would be a total bitch to have to count haha, however that isnt to say that it isnt hilarious and that they dont deserve it)
 
it was towed because in my neighborhood you can't park on the street overnight. Its all rich people and they bitch about everything. I got home at like 3 AM and they came and towed it at 4. and it was towed 45 miles away. It was just retarded
