Can't watch videos on NS player?

For some reason I can't watch any videos on the NS player. I'm not sure if it's something on my end or an issue with NS. I have a mac and am using safari.

On mobile sometimes if i try to watch embedded videos, the video player will turn grey and it will say something like "this video is restricted. please sign in with a google apps account". So i end up having to just open it in the youtube app

Have you tried out multiple videos? Can you give us the version of safari and OSX?

I know we've had issues like this with previous members, try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that fixes the problem.

see if your browser can force playing it using html5 instead of whatever NS uses (flash maybe?)

I cleared my cache and everything seems to be fixed. Thanks for the help. I am using Safari version 9.0.3

As far as OS X I am using 10.11.3
