this used to happen to me. Not anymore tho. I think it may have been a stage. But here's what you should do. Just relax. Your probably just stressed out since you know that it's going to take you a while to fall asleep. Pop a tylenol before bed. It will calm your nerves and make ur muscles relax which will help you sleep quicker. If that doesnt work, make a nice cd of classical music or something soothing. This will keep you from thinking about other stuff.. and you'll sleep. Maybe read in your bed too. Usually if i read in my bed i get so tired and so when you're about to like pass out on the book, put it away and fall asleep really fast.
