2002 HONDA CIVIC Mail me for more details about this car:herbertus@Wildcats.com #0000000 $3,500, Mail me for more details about this car:herbertus@Wildcats.com Pwr mirrors,Body-color door handles,Body-color body-side moldings, Body-color impact-absorbing bumpers,Front air spoiler,Tinted glass, Chrome trunk garnish,2-speed intermittent windshield wipers 320-205-6986

thats the description, and it says 2 speed windsheild wiper, so i guess its not a two speed civic

im almost positive thats in Saint Louis Park right off of Hwy. 100, y'know right across hwy. from Hoigaard's. pretty sure thats the byerly's behind the white building.

$3,500 for a 2002? somethings messed up, dirty title, stolen, salvaged, etc. better check that out unless it has like 200k mile on it then that would explain the price

almost positive its not ford. i think its Superior Lexus of SLP, right off of hwy. 100. either way area code is prob 952, or 612

ahhh hahaha that guy is a moron, it will say 4-speed in his manual if h took 5 seconds to read it.

Initially (1972) the Civic was sold with either a four-speed manual or a two speed "HondaMatic" model. Later models went to a five-speed manual and a full four-speed automatic transmission.

no its not, the civic used to be made in a 2-speed transmission you norg, read my fucking post right above yours...

the guy is just dreaming hes back in the 70's smokiin some good

yeah seriously man you need some major help when it comes to looking at cars. aparently you learned nothing from your "My first car..." thread. lemme toss a little real world cliche at ya, "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is too good to be true" that is a pretty solid statement in car buying. 3500 for a 2002 civic is NOT RIGHT. so something is seriously wrong. my guess is that the engine is dead or the tranny or something major and that the car doesnt currently run. you really need to do yourself a favor and stop looking at such new cars if you only have around $5,000 to spend AND stop looking at ones with nearly 200,000 miles. sure some cars might make it way past 200,000 miles but thats not ALL cars and you dont want to be starting out with that many miles on the car. my advice is to start looking for something from the mid 90's with hopefully under or close to 100,000 miles. i seriously hope you read this post and some of the others in your other thread before you get duped into buying a peice of shit. if you want a pretty new car for 5 grand start looking around your local kia dealership.

haha what you dont beleive me? go reasearch it for yourself.

and yeah looking at '02 and thinking ur gonna spend $5000. i just spent $6250 on a 98' teggy.

ok so the dude emailed me and i belive it explains the cheap price.... does this sound legit or like a scam

Hello

Kansas City is the location of the car.I`m not in US for the moment and the pick it up option is not available

! but i can ship you the car for free.There is nothing wrong with the

car ... i sell the car at this price because

i recently moved from US to Romania with my wife who is from Romania

and we intend to marry in Romania and i sold my house over US and everything

owned by me and the only thing to sell is the car.

So if you want to make this deal i will need the following details to

prepare the shipping :

-full name and address;

-shipping address;

-phone #

Waiting

what steps should i take to make sure im not getting scammed???

is there a safe way to buy it over the internet i should say? or by phone?

maybe the guy is just trying to get rid of this car and its the deal of a lifetime and his romanian wife is rich as hell and money isnt his issue?

sorry man but that is a textbook scam. the easiest way to tell if its a scam (besides the ridiculously low prices and wrong info) is that they will never be "able" to set up a time for you to go and look at the car. they will always say that they can ship it and usually want you to sign up through some third party service to send them the money.

these kind of scams get posted all the time, especially on places like craigslist and ebay. ive seen more scams like this pop up for motorcycles than cars but never NEVER buy a car or bike or something without being able to actually meet up with the seller and check out the car(and preferably test drive it) for yourself.

other people take note of what how this scammers email is built, its a very popular method for tricking people into sending them a ton of money and then just disappearing and leaving you with jack.

ye, shipping cars is expensive and for free is a bit sketchy. Also the Romania part and how you'll never see him again is also weird. A lot of cars are being sold these days from hurricane katrina that are water damaged and go for cheap

No buddy you read it wrong the desription says "2002 HONDA CIVIC Mail me for more details about this car:herbertus@Wildcats.com #0000000 $3,500, Mail me for more details about this car:herbertus@Wildcats.com Pwr mirrors,Body-color door handles,Body-color body-side moldings, Body-color impact-absorbing bumpers,Front air spoiler,Tinted glass, Chrome trunk garnish,2-speed intermittent windshield wipers 320-205-6986"
