Last run of the day today me and a few friends did a nice nude run through the trees after the resort closed. An old fuck blowing snow saw us, and called down to the patrol/police Didn't see one person the whole time, but now got that ludeness to minors felony, and 10+ year sexual predator charges rolling on in. Good times. 10,000 GNAR points bitches. Might be dippin out to South America soon though.

If anyone has a friend/skiier who is a criminal lawyer PM me. Three employees saw us total, so basically trying to deny it won't go well.

hopefully there are enough skiers on the jury to sympathize with you and respect the game of GNAR to overturn the charges. Now that would make a great story.

I always went to the mountains in my younger days viewing it as an escape from authority; among other things that we all love about skiing as well. My condolences though, man. If anything, that old guy lost points (i don't even think you can lose points in G.N.A.R., but he sure did). He'll get his. vibes to you.
 
Exactly what we said. The argument is loose, but at the time the cops said that charge got put on because a minor "could" have seen us. It will probably get reduced to just lewdness which still means I will be on the sexual predators list for 10 years haha... We are getting legal representation and have to plead guilty/not guilty next week.
 
Ehh... Look on the bright-side if worse comes to worse and you do have to be on the sexual predators list for the next 10 years. You could always introduce yourself as "Hi i'm reefermonga I legally have to inform you that i'm a sexual predator due to the fact that I skied down a hill naked for some GNAR points. /claim" I mean you get to make a claim for the next 10 years every time you move or some one moves in. Plus you get extra candy on Halloweens!
 
FUCK I am so upset for you, people need to get a life and not bust people to feel powerful. Such little harm was done by your actions the creeps that busted you probably do worse shit all the time, or else need to whoop it up a little more

after watching it, the jury will be like "psh, they only thing he is guilty of is getting rad"

then another jury member will be like "I can't believe you're a lawyer, i'm so much better at prosecuting than you."
 
represent yourself in court and yell " I'm the best fucking lawyer in this courtroom!" and "I'm gonna rip the SHIT out of this defense!"

wait didn't shane and the guys in GNAR ski around actual resorts (you know... with real kids around) and not have anything done to them? haha what. Show them videos of that and be like "wtf they did the same thing and nothing happened"
 
this country is so fucked up, turn on the TV and you can see people getting blown to fucking bits while some one is screaming obscenities but if some one gets naked its the end of the fucking world
 
Showing G.N.A.R. in the courtroom as evidence is the only way to redeem your points.

not to mention it might work as it is pretty much the only explanation you have.
