soo how i do it: i swing both my arms to the left side as soon as i jump off the kicker . as soon as i've done the 180 i look behinde me to the landing and somehow my feet do the rest. but you have to stay compact and not open like your legs when you've just done 180
that first post says most of it, but sometimes swinging your arms can cause you to go off balance in the air. for just a three, just turning your head as you takeoff should do the trick. really all of your rotation is dictated by yourhead
Looking over your shoulder is the most important part. As you get better at spinning you will hardly even have to prewind you can just look over your shoulder to spin them.
i had problem with 3's for a long time in the begining of my ski career, THANK GOD I NO LONGER HAVE PROBLEMS... once you learn three's the rest is pretty easy.
it could be really simple. dont look down til you can see the landing. if you look down at 180 you'll stop spinning. otherwise try popping more to give yourself more time in the air. if you land at 270 youll wash out, not stack (90% of the time)
