Can't decide

Here is the deal, I just bought some blends this year to replace my anthems as my do all ski's. Currently I have px14's on the anthems, and have a set of pivot 10 bindings not mounted on anything that I took from my old slalom skis. The question I am facing is should I put the Px 14's on the blends, and then remount the anthems with the P10's or just put the P10s on the blends and leave the anthems the way they are. I want to keep the anthems mounted with something because they are going to be my rail and jib skis. while the blends are going to be pretty much just powder and bigger jumps. So is the smoother release of the Pivot bindings worth the sacrifice in DIN range over the PX 14? I usually run a slightly lower DIN than most becuase the season before last I tore my meniscus and want to eliminate as much stress from it as possible, but in the powder I dont want to find out that the P10's won't keep me in when dropping cliffs and stuff. So what are your opinions, so far im leaning towards putting the 14's on the blends but just wanted to know what yall think.

Sorry about the long post, and i forgot to mention im 6'1 and 180lbs

it all depends on weight and personal preference. if you are skiing the pow pow and the big booters, a higher DIN setting wont be a bad idea. but then again, if you weigh 150 lbs it wont make a difference. i think that you are fine with the p10's as long as you are less than like 160 lbs. if you weigh more, say in the 180 area, then i would definitely think about remounting

I'd put the p10s on the anthems, px14s on the blends. In heavy deep snow a lower din can release from just the weight of the snow, plus the px14s will be easier to get on in soft snow.

Either way, you'll be fine, but thats def the way i'd go

Ok thanks everyone, I think I'm gonna go with my original thought and put the 14's on the blends. I was trying to avoid it just because its a pain to switch all the bindings around like this but you all confirmed my concerns.

Thanks again,
