So my friend is trying to sell me his 10-22mm 3.5-4.5 lens for 300$ is this a good deal and is it a good lens. i have a 60D thanks

why not just get the canon 15mm fish? i know its a fish but still, the optics are insanely good, destroys ANY fish ANY brand and is only what... $450?

I think as long as you don't need it in low light it is a pretty solid lens.

i have used both and i would say the 11-16 is better. The constant/faster aperture is nice. and it is supposed to be a wideangle, i dont see why someone would need to be zoomed in more than 16mm for there go to wideangle.

The 10-22 is not bad at all, by any means. I would say the tokina is better, but the canon is a nice lens aswell. If you dont have the cash for the tokina, and this kid is selling it for that cheap, then get it.
