i was wondering if this is a good camera to film skiing. also i saw some people making handles for theres how do you make them?
 
i welded a hangle for my hf 10. its kindof like a U only turn the U 90 degrees right and sit the camera in the middle.

Yes it's a good CONSUMER camera. It feels kind of like a toy compared to a prosumer camera, but if you are a skilled cinematographer you can get beautiful images from it.
 
there's noticeable humming from the tape/motor, but it's not TOO big a deal, especially if you're editing to music
 
yer i was wondering about this cam. does anybody hae any ski vids where thay've used this cam i can only find filming scenery and stuff on youtube
