Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS USM FOR SALE!

So I'm selling my 70-200, which I think I've shot with a total of 5 times. Brand new, mint condition. Comes with box, case for lens, lens hood, and B+W UV filter.

I'm going to try my best to sell this locally, I hate shipping things. So, if you are in the New England area, specifically Boston, then that would be perfect.

$1500 or best offer

 
literally my favorite lens. and hell of a price too! someone please buy this, i would have if i didnt get mine a couple of weeks ago

In addition to POTN like Jamie suggested, try the Fred Miranda forums if you haven't already, things sell pretty quickly over there!
 
yeah but when you look at it, it's sort of worth it. let's say she was going to sell this eBay, it would be cheaper to sell it on FM than the fees for eBay. And it's only once a year.
 
Damn, I'm in boston... but shoot nikon. Wish I could find a nikon 70-200 for that price. good luck with the sale!
 
Pretty dumb question, look at the price. It's the MK I at a hell of a price, there's NO WAY a MK II would go for under 2000 dollars.

 
A refurb one is 2000, and they're in stocky pretty often. I'd rather have a refurb one than a second handed.
 
Interesting. Would you like to send me a link? I've been googling it and I can't find anything but Mk I's refurbished?

Cochrane: I'm not trying to be an asshole but usually people don't sell a lens for more than 1000 under face value..
 
I bought mine for $1475, the going price for the 70-200 2.8L IS USM I is about $1600
