Hello NS,

Who out there has these lenses/ boxes?

I have recently had these, a fish, some primes and a 7D body stolen.

My insurer needs proof of purchase, and these 3 lenses i bought second hand, so i do not have any proof of purchase/ownership. Im very hesitant to use a pic that is on the interwebz as theyre crafty buggers at the insurance game these days.

SO, Can someone send me a pic of one or all of these boxes, pretty please?

Pull up the credit card/paypal information and maybe PMs or emails you exchanged? I think what you're doing is insurance fraud.
 
Was hand to hand, cash exchange, nothing to track it. other than a random ATM withdrawal. Hence why i am asking for this, otherwise i wouldve done as you have said.
 
no photos i'm guessing. Do you have any emails saved? you could try to forward them the emails and then say you are looking for the boxes.

Shit dude, when you buy stuff on craigslist write up a little receipt that you and the seller sign, address, and date. Makes crap like this way easier...

I'd find email correspondence and send that to the insurance company, plus bank statements with the amount of cash involved.
 
Oh, theres no craigslist in NZ, was just a dude i met while drooling at a camerashop one day, got his number and we did a wee cash exchange for goods. Kind of like an exchange you may make with the shady dude who lurks at your local skatepark... But in all seriousness any help is appreciated.
 
Just forward them the EXIF data of a shot you took with each lens? They'll probably not accept that as proof, since you could have rented the lens, but its worth a try.
