well im gona b at wv on sat and am just wondering if they have anything at cannon cause my dad is goin over and i kinda want to have a little change in scenery, and i dont like loon too much cause it is always mad crowded
i was there a couple weeks ago...true there are no rails and when i was there the jumps were beat as fuck...loon is sick and there are ways around the lines
hyw i was there today, not to bad, they had a 35 foot jump that was ok for 7s, they had another 25 foot that was good for 180s. But their rail park was horrible, me and my bro were setting the stuff up ourselfs, we set up a 15 ft flat box, and a straight "C" thing that was crappy, but fun for a little while.
^yo last time i checked there was no c thing so chances are the groomers 'accidently' ran over the rail and bent it. last year they bent a straigh rail, and this year they bent a flat down rail. two years ago the mysteriously broke a 50 foot trap rail into three pieces.
but saturday the park was sick, minus the fact that there are no rails. the jumps were pretty good, and the first one was like 40 feet earlier in the year, maybe more, but now with the rain and warm weather its smaller.
i ski at cannon cuz thats were my place is, but it gets old, except when we have good snow.
^ yeh i know i said "C-ish" rail i think for a reason, cause it went straight with dents all in it and the end was curved probaly by accedent. And i realy dont think the jumps there were ever that big by my experence there, but i may be wrong.
