Cannon 13/14

Went up today and it was pretty icy because the slush froze over but still awesome to be skiing anyways. they actually got a little snow this morning and The front five only has a couple grass spots and other than that there isn't really any on the rest of the mountain.
 
Jesus they still have a TON of snow. Saturday was the best day I've had all year. Wore a Hawaiian shirt and shorts and got super burned. I did the glade off of Polly's extension and it was great! Hope it holds up for next weekend

Yeeeeaa I saw you for sure. I wore jorts for a few runs but got sick of falling so I switched to pants. I was in grey pants/blue FTs/blue flanel/aviators. That was an AWESOME day. Hopefully they keep their full park up for next weekend, the jumps are prime right now.

Yea dude for sure! If only my shoulder would heal faster because that last big just is so soft. I sent it later in the day and landed totally flat but didn't feel a thing.

Ahhh everyone's getting hurt this year, it's no good. That jump is super forgiving and great to try shit on, I finally stomped my first 9 that day! I'll be up there again Saturday for sure so hopefully we will have good weather.

park was sick today. New rail line and Lars made a new C rail. THey have so much snow it sucks there closing tomorrow

They put the C rail up? Fuck I wish I was up there. Any pics of the new rails? It would be sick to see what new ones they have
 
Made it out there for closing day still great and could be open longer. I'm pissed I missed this thread because I'd be all over it but those spots are not that hard to find to the guy who asked.
 
Just asking but the cliff Cgski is skiing below in the picture between the front 5 and the tramline have a name. I just want to know what to call it, and if anyone's hit that your a total badass and deserve a medal.
 
It's called Bear Gut, but you're gonna have to find how to access it yourself. I'm not allowed to tell you that

really wouldn't recommend doing it unless your with someone who has done it before.
 
Not to bother you guys but could I get a list of trails to find, not where they are but some popular ones or something. If there's a name to the trails near hardscrabble off of mittersill what is it?

Not to come off as stuck up but no one (including myself) is going to tell you where all the secret stashes are. (trying to say this in the least mean way possible haha) Cannon gets skied out so quickly already no one wants to give up their pow stashes! The best way to find them is explore or get to know some locals in person. But when you exploring know your limits because there is stuff that gets a little hary.

Ya just find a group of people who know where there going and tag along with them. Just go exploring. Most glades come out on another trail so there is really no risk of getting lost. Just make sure you know what you are doing before jumping into anything

I see what your saying, I go to cannon more than any mountain besides maybe loon. I'm mad I can't find some of these trails that I've searched for before. Yeah and Thanks for being cool and not flipping shit.
