This has been said many times, but he broke 2 of his vertebrae on Big Bertha, and he is not competing for a while, and may be be done with park skiing.
 
I know... but I thought he'd still be with rossignol. He was like THE big player for rossignol.

he'll probably get something else, i hope for him. he was probably the only one in time to go that big jump, everything he have done back in time was huge. today jump in movie arent even comparable to what he has done, props to this guys

competitions shouldnt not equal a sponser keeping you on its team. Look at snowboarding surfing skating.

I tried to make this point in that thread about a skiing World Circuit or whatever. I honestly could care less about comps, the only one I'll watch is X-Games.

Also, I was just at Stoneham where they were hosting the snowboard World Cup and let me tell you some of those riders were straight up faggots.

Comp scene is bunk!
 
yah this is why he missed x games. I was kinda dissapointed by it this year just didnt feel like a good comp. Anyways get better soon that was a big ass jump
 
candide defined being a big player who didnt compete, or didnt win, not counting last year ofcourse.
 
oh my god poor candide... i hope he gets better, my god that impact was huge, jeez and if rossignol drops candide that would be very bad on rossignol
