i was just thinkin while jumpin on the tramp about skiing, and candide is beyond words, he goes fucking insanely huge and he does it with style always, i think that he may be the best, if not within 1 or 2, skiers in the world, hes fuckin amazing

candide is a methodical, presice, and full of style. He can throw anything, bigger then anyone in any terrain. the way he speaks gives me chills... i saw an interview with him, and he said something like 'i see things, and i dont even want to think of the possibilites.... i know it will be crazy..... crazy....'

yo candide is the sickest al round skier in the world followed by henekir winderseted. A friend of mine is a pro snowboader from france he is on the quicksilver euro team so naturally he rides with candide alothe told me one day they went out riding on a quick film shoot at val toronas in france first run off the day they lined up a 50 foot cliff so with no cararas around emeric my friend just droped the cliff. candide did a dspin 9 of the cliff laned it then fell 4 feet after the landing of a 5o footer. then another time emeric told me candide and he were at the quick cup in france and candide said 'emraic chexk dis out I have a new trick tell me wat u think' so first time trying the trick he stomed it he just though of the move on the t-bar and then proceded to stopm it, the move was a nose butter to switch nose press up the whole kicker to cab rodeo 5 toxic and he stomed it think about that move. ERmeric don't lie and he said it was the sickest thing he had everseen. Candide does alot of shit like that he is very picky about wat goes into movies thats why u never see real creative shit he comes up with. this and all his video gegmants comp resutls everything prove he is the best skier on the planet

candide has so much talent, he is pro skier and would be a fine pro snowboarder too (just see rastafaride!!). He started skiing comps at the age of 8 years, at that age he was winner of the french pumbs championships. Hes overtalented. Candide, give me 20 % of your skillz and i will get pro!

 
Candide is so creative when it comes to jumps and tricks, he always looks for the illest gaps and he comes with the illest tricks to pull over em. Candide is my hero. No one else can ski like him.

 
he does it smoothly thats all that counts, and his style is to do tailgrabs, so what if he only does tailgrabs, i can't even do tailgrabs, at least with not that much style, so more power to him

 
One thing Candide did this year that no-one really talks about buts is I think his best trick of the year is his d-spin 720 and 900 up a like 35ft. step up. It was insainly huge. I think I was way better than his corked 5 at superpark

i also agree that candide is the best freeskier, but not necessarily my favourite. i just get kinda annoyed when he does that same grab every time. if he mixed his grabs up occasionally, he would be better in my opinion.

Who cares about the grabs, you think its grabs that are progressing the sport? Its the smoothness and just plain immense size of candides style that is influencing skiing as we know it. Grabs are an easy fix, I think all the skiiers should start focusing on the motion of their tricks rather than the little side things that dont really matter. Just my opinion.

Im not saying they shouldnt grab...i agree, if you dont grab it looks really bad. Im just saying that they should work on other things rather then getting their grabs perfect.

 
theres some clip up of candide hitting a qp with a box on top.. anyways, he backstalls on top of the box and 540s off to flat. its probably about a 10-12 foot drop. its amazing.
