someone told me that at the Las Vegas trade show salomon was talking about making Candide a pro model. and if you look at the winter 2002 issue of AXIS with sage cattabriga on the cover in the glass section there is a picture of candide using these white salomons with red logos and have his name on them....know does anyone know anything on the subject?

why are doves the international symbols of peace? why not pillows? they have 2 times as many feathers and not that dangerous beak!

It was the prototype for the 5 grand pipe ski, so i hear. They were SUPPOSED to have 1 for cr or candide thovex, and vinnie dorion.

it has park specific flex, and racing bases, super glide, nor resistance. a fuckload stiffer too, as in, they are REALLY stiff. You dont seem to understand how stiff these babys are.

there might be a candide pro model, the prototype has just a salomon logo on the tip on one ski with CANDIDE across the tail, and the other way around on the other ski. as for the pipe skis, that is how most of salomon's skis will be in a couple years I hear, they have a lighter core, different construction, different sidewalls, its pretty much a whole new construction of ski

 
No pro models wil exist in the next years at salomon for the further reason:

1- what candide did, left dynastar with a promodel.

2- when they did a pro model, which was consider as a gift, they guys want some money on each skis sold, after the ski was on the market.

3-the skis of the next are yet, decided what they would be,and no, there is no pro model.

yeah man get rid of this foam core bull shit my ski chambers have minimized bcause the foam gets dull, they should switch to wood or some other core

which brings up the question?

if solomon makes a better jib ski for the pro's then why would they not sell it to the public?

could it be because there skis are shit, and they don't warrenty there shit, ?
