Saw those guys at Breck yesterday destroying the park. Also saw the Olenick bros w/ a bunch of tele-jibbers a few days before. Watching those guys destroy it made me feel so tiny and makes me wanna quit skiing. They just kill it with such eaze n steez. I wish I could rip like that. I'm so jealous.

Candide is my hero. I still think his X games run from 2003 would have podiumed in 04.

I've always been impressed w/ Candide but when I saw him throw down I was just blown away. He just stomps everything with mad steez. It gave me chills watching him. And he goes sooo huuuge. He landed more than half way down the landing on the biggest jump in freeway. So fukin' sik.

I saw him in France last year and everything he did was like a film run. Way more difficult stuff than I could ever do. He did a 270 on then 2 switch ups on a flat down flat down rail like it was no big deal. Awesome.

 
Seeing good people ski makes you wanna quit? God that's pathetic.

dudes Gagnier,Rinfret are from my area and yes they know how to kill it, but there are a lot of good dudes here as well and that's great cause we get to see them a lot and learn from watchin them.and yes it is kinda hard to throw things when there here cause you feel like shit.

 
It makes me stoked and I'll try shit I never would otherwise. The only way you get better is by having people kick your ass. If you're able to kick your own ass properly, then you don't need others to do it for you.

i know where you coming from, watching them throw down again again with mad style like it's a joke, and not even bail, they will nail 19/20 hits. Then you like, wow.. i really do fucking suck.

But i get stoked watching them, try to be just as smooth, consistent, and stylie, just on a smaller level. it could be a switch 5 with a grab instead over their switch cork unnaty 7 nose grab

You'll never ever get better if you are that concerned with what others think of you. Just fucking ski damnit. Think they care if you fall, hell no. They would probably be more stoked seeing kids going for it rather than cowering on the side of the run. Step it up son.

I don't give a shit what peepl think. I loved watching those guys rip. I tried my best to boost as big as I could go n throw it down but those guys are just on a completely different level. I'm just gettin too old too and the level I progress is too slow. It would also help alot if I had some body armor a trampoline and a nice kicker w/ soft landings. Y'na'mean?

all that thinking about need a tramp/body armor/soft snow is where you go wrong. Those are just novelty items. You don't really need those, you've just convinced your self you need them.

Yeah, seeing pros it crazy. I watched Crichton rip at a rail jam, and he's so smooth its almost surreal. Made me feel inept.
