Canadian vs American

candide's are way better than the 1080's. stiffer tail, wood core (if i'm not mistaken), and cooler graphics... but the 1080 has been completely redesigned and i've never ridden the new ones, but i've seen a few pairs of them around this year and a few of them were delaminated... so the durability might not be there.

yes..im the imfamous one who was tipped over in a parto pottie....yes ladies ive showered since then...
 
my friend Rob is selling last years 1080 with S810s for 500 CDN. the bases are awesome, and they jsut have some small really small surface scratches. There is one chip between the tail and the rear of the binding along the side of one, but other than that they're in really good condition. never railed, and he just spent like $65 getting them sharpened and waxed.
