ok so i need new skis this year and where i live sucks and has about 3 park skis so im looking to get it online. i dont want to order threw an american site cause my friend had to pay an extra $110 for taxes and duties. so does anyone know of any canadian ski sites. i have already looked at d-strusture im getting bindings from there but they dont have the skis i want.

Thanks

D-Structure is the only half decent one I can think of. There's another one run out of Calgary that sells 4frnt and Nordica but I can't remember the name.

D-structure and fresh. I don't think fresh has a site that sells stuff though. If it does please correct me, because it would be nice if it did.
Glacier shop was supposed to have one, but they never released the site.
US shops will ship to canada, but the prices (especially with our dollar so weak) will be basically the same.

yeah, its not the price of the ski like that will be about the same its the extra money you have to pay for taxes and duties which depends on where the skis are made

Yeah. For example, any line or k2 skis (because they're made in china) on US sites should be looked at like they're 42% more expensive (7%PST, 5%GST, 8% duty, 22% dollar exchange rate) plus shipping (add about $30). I'm not sure what the duty is on europe-made goods, but still, it's not a good idea to order from the US right now if you live in Canada.

Hmmm, guess I said it wrong. What I meant is 42% more than the price that the US site says. Say I was picking up some bacons, and I see that they're $600 on a US site. But add all the things I mentioned and it becomes $852 canadian.
On Bcoutlet, the two might cancel out, so you'll pay retail for last years skis or whatever you're buying.
