In canada are they all serious about minor consumption and possession like in the u.s. Are the cops dicks about underage drinking, Do liqour stores check id
 
not really, i mean cops are always dicks but iv never gotten in trouble, the worst that happens is theyll make you pour it out.

as for id it depends on where you go, if its a government store youll get id but if its a private one its pretty easy to get away with it or if not its easy to get a boot

 
Well it'll usually depend if its the RCMP or local cops. RCMP will probably give you a ticket, usually around $445 from what I hear, but local cops seem to be more chill and will usually just give you a warning/pour it out. It really depends on who you're dealing with.
 
All depends where you go in Ontario, most places do ID but some don't. Like in the Sault or like Almont no one gives a fuck but downtown they're more likely to card you. Possesion is possesion, basically just don't get your ass caught, but if you can get your hands on some BC Bud or Quebec Gold, then go fucking nuts. That's some good shit right there
 
convenience stores in quebec dont really care. they never id'd me there...but then again im a pretty big guy so i guess that passes. if you look like a little scrawny kid they will id you for sure
 
at least you dont have to be 21 years of age to partake in such replenishing activities.

i really like america but some of the stuff they do angers me.
 
yeah man! last time i went to Montreal I saw a 15 year old drinking. My friend went up too the kid and asked how old he was and he told the truth. They seam very chill in montreal.
 
in ontario theyre pretty slack about pocession, but you cant use an out of province ID to buy liquor anymore.
 
yeah pretty chill, make you pour it out and drive you to your house if your really young or trashed, im old by NS standards (i can even drink in the states, im a Grandpa)

but it was never a problem when i was younger
 
Fuck no. I was in sherbrooke (im 18 so its legal). my friend got pulled over, wasted, leaving the street with all the bars. He got pulled over cuz the back of his truck was full of people. Cop walks up asks for his license, then asks for ID from everyone in the truck. There was a 15, 2 16, 2 17, and 2 18 year olds in the truck. The cop said get out of her right now or you're all in trouble and let my friend drive away.
 
Another story... this kid i no (he's 16). He used a fake ID to get into the bar. As he hands the fake ID to the bouncer he drops his real ID. The bounce picks it up, looks at it, tells the kid to hid it better next time, and lets him in. This is all in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
