Newschool & oldschool jumps

Except they should desqualify the one doing the airiels shit.

the guys are coming up and its pretty good

I saw it on the atlantic time zone.

Really stupid. everyone is doing new school jumps

except one guy with no poles and then he wins the thing

I DONT UNDERSTAND???????????

im watching the girls stuff right now. a girl threw down a double spread off like a 15 foot gap and shes in 5th. and a girls going now....another double spread but really flaily. its funny.

i was watching it too..so gay ...exept matt margetts who threw down a sw 10 mute...but wtf doing a competition with aerial and freestyle ski..

I was pissed that the two differnt styles were being judged the same way. I did notice one of the guys with an NS sticker on his helmet, which was cool.

what a weird contest, good to see an NS sticker though!! Mike Henituk vs. some arialist off different jumps...wacky

then i will fill you in, 3 types of jumps,

1 big air type

1 traditional arials jump type

1 mixed type(didn't see anyone use it)

most skiers hit the big air jump, some had style, i think 2 hit arials jump,

arials kid from quebec did double full no poles, in a jump suit and won while a guy that did a 7 maabey a 10 got lower score.

it looked like a joke, anouncers were idiots, the format was awkard and didn't fit for me.

Matt Margetts from Bc did a real nice switch 10 mute and he was second. But they degree of dificulty on a full arial is apperently much much harder according to the anouncer.

also according to the anouncer it is much harder landing switch than taking off switch. (I Beg to differ on that because I can land switch but taking off is way too uncomfortable for me anyway.

most of them were all in the mogul comp also

Too sum it up I think that because there are so few people doing ariels they just made one big jumping contest. so the ariels could compete too.

You have to call your jump before doing it.

and they look more at form and not style.

where as in the "Table" which is a whole other event they look more at style and not form.

Yup it was pretty wierd.

Props to the 16 yr old girl who won with the bio or corked 7

it was kinda nice but then when she new she had won her victory jump was a daffy. which was a bit lame.

i like how they interviewed andrew pool about his baggy pants that was pretty funny and holy shit keltie hansen is sher on her game this season

congrats on her win
