i go to school in that area, but i went home for the holidays. If you are in niagara falls there are some good bars in that area, along with casinos that will be rammed on new years. If you are in st. catharines which is where i go to school you got a bunch of options thatl be nuts that night. If you are the club type hit up big bucks, if you want a nice place to chill and have some pitchers i suggest the chili pepper aka... chili's. Both are in the downtown core on or just off st. paul. There are tons of other good places to go but those two are the ones that are the most consistently good and packed.

your in the wrong area. The more southern Ontario you are, the more prudish it is. Anywhere across the provincial boarder is better.

the way i look at it, why go to canada to drink on new years when everyone in the US is partying. new years is one of the easiest days to find a party. go to canada one weekend when there's nothing to do.
