Canada - - Finance/lease on cars

im moving out to whistler in november, i need to sort my self a ride of some sort and been lookin into gettin it on finance/lease. The problem is im a British citizen and only have a work visa. Anyone know if this is still possible? Also here in the UK the age restriction is 18, whats the deal with canada.

not 100% sure, but one of my friends tried renting a car and the company said they would only rent cars to people over the age of 25. Not sure if that speaks for all companies.
 
ye your right on that one, its because of the insurance issues, Its like when you get hired by a company to drive you usually have to be over 21.
