can you somehow turn non twin tips into twin tips?

can you some how make non twintips into twin tips. like the back of my skis are just liike flat is there like some way i can melt it into a twin tip?

a dry wall gun did the trick for my brother when he did it 5 years ago or so. although it'll delam pretty quick. it works if you're low on cash, but dont do it on a good pair of skis. you're better off just buying twins

i did it with boiling water. let the tail sit for maybe 5-10 mins in a pot of boiling water, then pry it under a door, or your foot, and keep it in the same position for another 5-10 mins.

Dude if you are making your own twin tips, you should not be worrying about peeling and shit like that...if you really care that much, buy some fuckin skis.

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

its much more effective with foam skis then wood ones.

i looked on google but all i could find was 3D Animation porn-sxmarty6

ECS headwear, hit me up!

back in the day these guys were making these tips to screw on the back of your skis but i think that is probably not happening anymore...save your money get some boards.

its so much more worth it to buy some twins. Its not just the tail that makes them, its that they are more equal so you can carve switch more naturally. i wouldnt even waste my time unless your homeless.

i did mine the other day. i used a heat gun then bent up the tip. it worked alright, but one of them delaminated a bit. but you cant expect too much from it i just did it with my old shitty skis for a bit of fun

we used to do it with tin foil, a vise, some rivets and an iron back in the days when there were around 2 or 3 twintips on the market

there is a very detailed article somewhere on this site. i did it once just to see if i could, and ended up with a pair of rail skis that worked fine. search it.

one good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain

if you got some old skis go for it. I did it to a pair just for urban shit would't use em on the mountain though. Boil the tail for 15 minutes the find anything to wedge it under and bend I pulled my truck tire over it with the ski out to the side the put the nose on a chair and left it there of about an hour. it worked pretty good

haha im a jew and i found that slightly funny, fucked up, yet funny.

in all seriousness.. how can you go that high on a tree without pooping

hahaha that was awesome.

just don't worry about it, if you really need twin tips that much just buy em.
