Can You Get Ticketed Without Being Stopped

Hello all, I was walking around today and did a stupid ass thing right in front of a cop. He was visibly annoyed with me(rightfully so) and yelled at me to not do that. I walked straight to my car and dipped right away, but am wondering if there’s any shot I could get in trouble, even tho I was never stopped by the cop. Do you guys think I should be good, or is there a decent shot I end up getting a ticket or something?

red light cameras are completely fine in my books, after i got caught at 3 speed control cameras in a row on my way to work one morning on the highway.

worked for free for almost a week. was late, and hauling ass.
