Can someone help me find me a cheap, simple longboard?

A lot of people on this website talk about other things that are not related to skiing.... But i agree that dicking on someone who is trying to help is absurd.

...yet it is almost always the appropriate response. Kids need to learn that NS is not the only website on the internet and Google is infinitely more resourceful for 99% of things that are not freestyle skiing or outrageously large clothing. How hard is it to Google something like "longboarding forums?"

there have been longboarding threads before so plenty of kids on here know a good bit about longboarding. it is non ski gabber so what's to stop him from getting more insight on a purchase he's planning on making? it's not like he came here as his only resource for making a decision.

i searched "longboard" and saw some threads so i thought why not, i guess i shouldn't of tried to ask for help from cool kids like you guys

Check out earthwing longboards. I love my earthwing supermodel and the belly racer is also supposed to be good. Both are on the more affordable side and recommended by silver fish.

Seriously, be willing to spend a bit of money on a decent board, trucks, bushing and wheels etc etc. Cheap boards wont be fun and most likely downright dangerous at anything more than 10mph, spend a bit of money and I promise you that you will get more enjoyment out of Longboarding.

My first board was an Earthwing Supermodel. It's a stiff symmetrical drop through that is an all-around good board. $100 for the deck and it's durable as hell. Don't be scared because it's stiff, it's low enough to the ground that it is a super good cruiser.

Relevant question and valuable thread contribution here. +k you are a model newschoolers and probably have a huge shlong

And just paint your board, if you don't want it to look like your friends, it makes it that much more YOURS.
