Can someone Do a trick tip for frontflips off of stuff... +++ Karma

you are seeing all these people doing frontflips off of landings and in the COC D edit Charlie owen does one off of a table/box thing

So im asking how exactly do you do it?

ino you bring one ski up before the other but ??

can someone please Explain thanks!!!

soooo....

you just gotta keep your legs spread about shoulder width apart, lift your arms above your head, throw em forward, and huck that shit as hard as you can

the best way i learned was off a diving board. Basically as you are popping with your knees, your will be above your head coming downwards, someone like as if you are doing a crunch, and at the same time start to bring your knees up into a tuck position. Is there anything else i should clarify for you.

just lean forward and throw your legs over your head

or bring your knees to your chest, lean forward like your trying to stick your head up your ass, when your horizontal start straitening out, spot the landing and your good

you should get good at front flips on a trampoline or into pow so you build your confidence because 90% of it is just committing.

you have to get good at front flipping off everything, like small drops into pools and little ledges onto the ground, once you're super comfortable filpping, find a nice cliff and a ton of powder and as you're going off, bring your arms up and then throw everything down and tuck your head. it helps me to grab my knees, keep your eyes open and spot your landing

get good in pow and in pools first, if you try one off a box the first time you'll land right on your head. first get comfortable doing front flips off small kickers, then get comfortable jumping and going crazy off boxes, then combine the 2
also don't use the one foot pop, it angles you in the air, a lot of people have trouble with frontflips because they turn sideways in the air like doing misty's and stuff, that's mostly from popping off a dominant foot. off a diving board practice throwing your hands up during the jump and flipping down into the water, if you push out to get momentum to spin you will never be able to do them on skis
it's all about jumping up and flipping down then jumping out

ya i know what your talking about. in one of wallisch's edits he does it a few times. you bring one leg back, so it looks like your kinda doin a nose press on that ski, while you leave the other ski more flat. i think its so you can start moving your body forward for the flip, but still have balance on the snow. it starts the rotation. correct me if im wrong, i haven't tried them, but planning on it this year.

hopping off on one foot makes yor legs spread apart in a daffy like position, so if you under rotate you land on your back foot first and be good or if you over rotate you land on your front foot first and be good. levels your shit out like landing something switch on blades

I can frontflip like a machine without skis on but as soon as I try one on skis I do a misty. It's soo hard to keep straight.

practice on a diving board first. Its pretty simple...keep your legs shoulder width apart and then as you jump lean forward and tuck your head towards your legs. Off a diving board you have a lot of time though. As far as skiing, right before the lip of the jump or cliff, throw yourself forward and make sure you commit

I know what he's talking about and it seems like you can only do front flips off of rollers and small stuff if you pop off one foot. Watch at 5 seconds.

Ight boiiiiis!!!
This is an easy one!!!!

I do them all the time and there theeeee most simple trick ever. I can do them barley moving or just mobbing.

U want to pop off one foot. and the other foot that ur not leaning on kind of goes back to give u more kick to spin faster. keep spotting your head forward as long as u can before brining it around with your body. so u can spot the best and not over rotate.

DO NOT just huck. its not going to get u anywhere! and make sure when u pop to go off ur one dominant leg. otherwise its easier to catch ur tips as well.

u get pop off the one leg!!! watch my free running video on u tube. you can see i do it the same way on the ground as on my skis. and i learned it on my skis first.

youll get them!! there really easy!!

GOOD LUCK BOIIS!!!

first look forward and spot the landing, in my opinion maybe the most important thing. get used with the weight of your skis and boots, maybe not so important in frontflips but in first backflips it wil probaply suprise you.

one thing you can do is superman frontflips on you tramp that will help you to spot the landing first !
