Bored @ top shack will it work if I use this heater to get my liners cookin and heat mold them? Or is this a dumbass and risky idea that might ruin my boots I got new last season

side note: this thing gets fucking hot

Your liners will pack to your foot shape, heat molding just accelerates it I believe. If you already have days on them I wouldn't worry about it.

Validd, I’m def in the good range cuz I’ve got about 70 days on them since last February when i bought them. they feel pretty good but sometimes they do be slippin on nosebuds if I’m wearing thin socks

You wont get an even heat to the toes but theoretically yes on the cuff. Just depends on how you position the boot. Be sure when you put them on you're setting the liner in a good position for ~10 minutes.

Maybe if he rotates them like a rotisserie chicken

It’s a fan heater that blows pretty strong…. But yea rotation might be the move

Theoretically, for science, would this work?

for sure, you'd have to do one at a time and make sure they get real warm all around.

a easier way it to put them in your oven

Do we preheat or put them in cold? Bake or broil? What kind of marinade and seasonings we talking here? Should we finish on the grill for the lines?

70 days… OP bouta make it STANK in that hoe hahaha

Had a heater with a cage around it at the top shack of Jupiter Chair in PC when I worked there. We used to roast sammies in tin-foil on it cuz it got so hot, also got carbon monoxide poisoning maybe but it is what it is. I say go for it.

heat molding your liners will only remove volume from your liner. if you're slipping around in there i would not accelerate the process any further by molding them

Back when I worked at breck I used to snowboard sometimes and I left my boots in front of the lift shack heater and they completely melted. I’d say it’s sufficient
