Can I get 31" tires on a stock 2001 dodge dakota?

Fuck no, you stupid?

Seriously though, I got 31" tires on my silverado and if I crank the wheel all the way to the left/right it starts rubbing the wheel housing.

yeah im pretty noob with trucks, just got mine. just cuirous since the wells are so big, would i need a two or three inch body lift? and how much to have it done you think?

word, im not sure of the cost but if you have a friend who is into cars they could do it. i would imagine a few hundred for labor. its real easy though. i helped my friend do it 2 of his cars and we had no clue going into it and it turned out great.

They have kits you can do yourself, not too hard my friend did it by himself said it didnt take long at all.

alright nice, thanks a lot. im really feelin the bf goodrich all terrain TA/ KO tires. whats the biggest size i could get with keeping the truck stock and not getting any rub?

that one i do not know, im gonna guess not much bigger than stock though. usually they make the wheel wells for just a stock tire.

i have a 99 doge dakota sport 5.2 4x4 5 spd. and it has 31 1050s on in stock man. so yes they will fit fine as long as u have the 4x4 package that sits higher than the 2wd models. know its an old bump, but i like talking bout cars, trucks, vans, bikes, whatev, but ya 31 will fit fine, i can even post a pic of my stock dakota sitting on maxis big horn 31s ( studded ) ,
