I need something to whip around that I can leave places and lock up with a shitty lock.

oh I'm looking for something with more of a mountain frame, probably no suspension, ideally an urban frame with more of a dropped BMX look. 24" or 26" wheels.
Don't mean to sound picky I'd be happy to hear any offers.
