so i baught my current boots 3 years ago at some ski store having a major blow out sale, it was my first pair and first year skiing so i never really cared about the model or make or anything. Even last year i never really questioned the boots.

Until today i actually looked at them and wondered if they were racing boots or freeride boots or what. i cant find any info on the internet. All i know is that they are Technica Innotec 61 TI boots. Anyone know anything about these puppys, like what year they were made or anything like that. Origional price?

i found a picture on the internet if that helps,

id say they are "weekend warrior" type boots, designed more for comfort than performance... def not race or freeride boots

correct.
a low end, entry level boot designed to keep the feet comfortable and warm(assuming proper fit, which i doubt after 3 years)

just because im curious if it bothers you so much you dont have to post in here.

Ans i always thought they would be race for some reason, they have alot of forward cant and are "T.I" so idunno lol. but thanks.

That came of mean.

If they fit thats all that really matters though.

You would probably enjoy some nice boots a lot more. I used shitty Nordicas for a long time, and recently upgraded to some FT's. SOOOO much better

lmfao at this post.
you realize i could have FTs, and upgrade to nordicas right?
i think NS has the misconception that FTs are the best boots money can buy, not the case even in the slightest.

Well considering my nordica's were about 4 years old and my foot slid around in them, and I got wicked shinbang, and they were just crappy boots to begin with, and the fact that Full Tilts are some of the ONLY boots I can get to fit my super narrow, size 15 feet, I'd say it was an upgrade for me.

Did I say the OP should get Full Tilts? No. Why the hate? I was just using it as an example, they work great for me, and IMO, if they fit your foor full tilts ARE some of the best boots money can buy.

I'm going to guess that you are one of those people who wont buy gear based on the fact that its too "trendy" and you want to be different? Do you wear tight pants too? Before you try and shit on somebody I suggest reading their post a little more carefully, you want make as much of an ass out of yourself that way.

haha someone struck a nerve there.

i think luc is right, FTs may be nice but theyre definitely not the best boots you can buy. the salomon freeride line is better.

are u fucked in the head? i made a simple comment and now you flip out? lmao.
my point was, everyone saying fulltilt this, fulltilt that, makes no sense. my definition of upgrading is usually different than others...as im not always looking to get whats the "coolest" thing to get, but whats the best thing i can get for my money.
for you, apparently fulltilts are the right boot, but its all based on the fit of the shell compared to the size of ur foot. all i did was base my post off of exactly what you said in ur post, nothing else.
all you had to say was, "naw man, full tilts just fit my narrow feet" not go off on some random tangent that had nothing to do with the topic at hand.
if you have a problem with me, PM me instead of cluttering up this kids thread.

No i think that he is one of those people who work in a shop and fit peoples feet everyday. Tight pants? Stupid argument I wear tight pants and I have SPK. People wear tight pants beacause of they way that they look not because the pros are "not wearing" them.

Somewhat comfortable and not very warm, then again the fit isnt too good.

Obvious_TROLL: Hahaha no worries dude that didnt come off mean, there just boots that i bought during my first season for a whopping $50, they lasted me this long so im really not complaining in the least.

oh well, they still work fine for me right now and until they break or cause me pain ill just stick with them, regardless of the fact that they may be weekend warrior boots.

Haha word.

As long as they fit your feet, and arent holding back your skiing, you should be good to go.

Is there a better boot out there for you? For sure. But if you're broke liek me (and I'm assuming you are haha) and they fit, who cares. Would it be worth it to buy a new pair? Probably not, unless they cause you pain or are worn to shit, or if you are ballin out of control.

yeah... theyre not race boots.

this is a race boot, im sure you can tell the differance.

if hes one of the people who wont buy gear based on the fact that its popular, are you one of the people that do buy it based on popularity?

that's a terrible argument. do you wear baggy pants because everyone else does?

i wear normal fitting pants, and i get what fits me hardware wise.

i got new boots, i dont like things that everyone else has. but if full tilts are what fit, they i would have gotten them. but we dont have full tilts, and we have tecnica agents, so i got some agent 110s, because they fit amazing and fit my needs. we sell a lot of agent 110s, they are a great freaking boots and lots of people use them, but i got them because they are what fits me right.

i hate how everyone is on FT dick, whether you realize or not

and you just made a pretty big ass of yourself
