just throw your body to the side. try it first on a trampoline. after a few tries you will get it. its a pretty easy trick.

i tried on tramp ( i'm not any good on trampolines) and i landed on my neck , then i tried it again, and land on my neck with 2 really loud cracks. not so easy for me. glad it wasn't on snow.

yeah I can do them on a tramp and diving board now. Try thowing your straight over your head for easy rotation. Im trying to make it a lot more sudel (sp?) so I can throw it with more style now! Good luck man!

u just throw urself to ur side as hard as u can. just like with spinnig i have a natural and a unatural way of doing a barrel roll, mines to my right side. It seems that people get backseat alot on them so i keep my hands way out forward when i throw them.
