Can anyone help a brother out in Tahoe?

My friend and I are visiting Tahoe from Australia, he ordered two pairs of skis through Revision neither of which have turned up yet so he has nothing to ski on.

Is there anyone in the Tahoe area who would be willing to lend him a pair of mid-fat skis? He is willing to pay in beer and/or sexual favours.
 
When are you going? I would contact Revision and see if there is something they can do. They might be able to send them to you quickly or get them to you in Tahoe. If they promised you the skis within a certain time frame they need to make this good.

Revision has not shipped any of their skis this year I highly doubt they will show up just file a complaint with your bank for a refund

Moment Skis is in Reno, they are legit and will probably be able to help you out.
 
Message hot.pocket. He works at Moment skis and their factory is seriously 5 minutes from the Reno airport. He may be able to hook you up in some sort of way. I know he's doing a deal for people who got fucked over by Revision with offering a pair of Moment vice for $350 if you show your Revision receipt, but its a park ski. Ask him if theres a way he can get you a pow or mid-fat ski
 
Come visit us at the factory in Reno, I can get you set up on some pow ski demos for the good snow we've been having.

Cheers mate, He's got through this deep few days on a mates parks skis, but if it snows again before these skis turn up we'll definitely make the trip down.

Just out of interest, I'm currently riding 178 Frankenskis and they're honestly the best ski i've ever been on, but I broke the edge and base pretty badly last season back home. Any chance you've got one left ski lying around for when my base patch inevitably fully breaks?
