camp necessities

ya, i am packing for windells, i leave tomarrow morning, i started off with a huge duffel bag but i keep over packing, so i switched to a smaller bag and i took alot of clothes out, so now i think i am going to switch back to the duffel and i will have alot of room.

this should be skickied at the top until the camp season is over, or made into a formal article for the site. I don't think i'll bring as much as brody because I don't have that much, but whatever, I've worn dirty clothes before..

hey boys, i'm sure most of you still let mommy do your laundry..but most of hte hotels fort he camps provide washers and dryers...just so you know..i plan to be the one washin my shit.

ok something easily forgotten and sadly missed... UNDERWEAR, don't forget to pack underwear, that would be bad. last year i packed myself for camp and forget a raincoat, it was bad, and i forgot my hairbrush in the hotel on the way to camp. OH n' for girls, always bring an extra pair of flip flops, cause it sucks ass when they break!!!

the hockey bag actually sounds like a decent idea. i was thinking since i was bringing my boots and mp3 in as a carry on i would throw some clothes in my ski bag, i have a dakine one that holds just about everything. thanks for the list and advice this helps alot.

Most airlines don't go over 50 lbs. per bag, plus there is size restictions.

with boots and everything else in a hockey bag, size and weight may be an issue. just a friendly reminder

carry ur boots as carry on....ome airlines might not let you..but its gives you more pace in ur bag..and if ur shit gets lost ur also better off

oh, and here's a thought for those of you that are anal about goggle care/safety...put them inside your boots in your boot bag...that's wha ti always do when i travel somewhere with my ski stuff...it works like a charm

maybe it's just because my parents are ski adicts but i go away for skiing a bunch and you guys are only going 8 days! in my opion you are bringing way too much, you need all that stuff but only like one or 2 of each geeze

Seriously, you pack more than I do when I go away for 8 months at a time. You don't need that much shit. Even if it is raining every single day, wash/dry your stuff.

Boot-dryers are nice, use them for your gloves too. Otherwise it's hard to have dry boots everyday, and you'll avoid a stinky hotel room.

Don't forget your fake ID, swimsuit, passport, etc. either. And who needs 8 hoodies for a week or two of skiing? Bring one or two.

And bring some sort of water bottle for the glacier!

for sure take an extra pair of boot liners if you plan on doing the water ramps...its so nice to have one pair for the water ramps and then another pair to actually ski with, its nice not having to ski with wet liners. and i packed my skis and poles and clothes in one of those SporTube things- big plastic ski holder...it worked nicely, you can fit tons of shit in there.

2. something for when I get back from mountain

3. something extra.

ok, all you really need is LOTS of american money and buy all your t-shirts and shit in canada.. the village is loaded with sick ski shops and whatnot so it helps.. im just worried about the airline losing my skis like last time, luckily, i argued and told them that i had ski camp and being the coolass canadians they are, they got them to me pronto GOD BLESS CANADA
