Camp Bisco

went last year and it was a lot of fun, the drug talk got extremely old and annoying after the first night though, it seemed like everyone i met was on some kind of ego trip about there drug use. the lineup seems amazing this year though, Dada life in one of the dance tents is going to be wild

yeah i know there are a ton of drugs. im not into the extacy/molly type of shit. my friends cousin went and dropped acid. she had a bad trip so the security guards (hells angles) hand cuffed her to a pole until she stopped tripping.
 
A dude a couple years ago got caught selling mad K, refused to give it up, got the shit beaten out of him, robbed, and tied to a tree. All by the Hell's Angels. True story.
 
well hopefully you wouldnt have before hearing that anyway haha

but yeah i think the reason for that, assuming it's a true story, is because the angels try to keep sellers to a minimum cause they try to be the main dogs selling drugs
 
I went last year and I completely agree. It felt like everyone there was just to do all the drugs they could find. Besides that it was super fun. Strange place, but it is a good time.
 
amon tobin and mux mool are the only reasons i'd consider going..seems like it's gonna be a bunch of kids twacked out of their minds, losing brain cells and dignity by the minute. but hey its the disco biscuits. supposed to be their last show, right?

All Good in ohio is where i will be. Best lineup by far
 
yeah its pretty good. i really wish pretty lights was going. i haven't seen him yet and at bisco it would be so crazy
 
sorry but fuck that. derek vincent smith aka pretty lights may have been a talented electronic musician at one time but he has digressed to absolute shit EDM pop trash.

and he is influencing a large number of other once talented musicians to jump on the stupid wobble whomp bandwagon and turn into garbage that isnt enjoyable to listen to.

but hey that's my opinion, go have fun losing your braincells and getting your eardrums raped.

the fact that pretty lights isnt going to All Good is one of the reasons i am going.

real music and real people triumph over flashy light shows, drug fueled highschoolers and shitty mashups any day
 
I've heard not to buy drugs there cause bisco is notorious for having really shitty drugs. My roommate is going cause he's gonna be in NY thi summer. Sounds like a good time. Someone post a video of the Amon tobin ISAM set or whatever

I should point out that that's because I siregarded 70% of the people there including all the stupid fucking 12 year old skrillex kids and just other dumbass, bathsalt eating EDM kids.

I didn't go near the stages for any of that shit, and honestly my weekend was pretty fucking awesome because of it. Hung out with some great people, Saw a lot of old friends, made plenty of new friends. Saw the FEW acts I actually cared about.

Biscuits thursday night set was phenomenal. At least compared to the last 5 years with that shitty untz shit.

Basically by avoiding all the shittiness that bisco has become, I had a really great time at bisco.

Also sweet picture /caim coming at a later date.

 
had a good ass time this year disregarding the fact i had to witness hells angels choking out an enraged homie on bathsalts.

other than that there was a lot of good people there, not exactly good drugs though, bring a tester if you plan on eating drugs make sure it's not something that will kill you physically/mentally because people just don't care there
 
^^ look a couple posts above you and you'll see why there isnt a thread.. Bisco only got more fucked up this past year. There were so much bathsalts and DOM other awful fake drugs. And the people got shittier.

Bisco's been fun in past years, but IMO it's gotten over the top now. It's just a bunch of druggy n00bs trying to get messed up away from their parents. And the drugs aren't even good! Then they get soo far gone they aren't even having fun.

Honestly it was sad to watch, and i wont be going back.

There are better places to see music and there are far far better places to do drugs if that's really why you're going.
 
It'll be my second year and my buddy's fourth.

find some good friends to camp with and its fine.

plus isn't it finally 18+ this year? should weed out a few of the kiddies.

I went last year and I bought my pass for this year before they announced that its 18+ and im turning 18 the month after. So either finding someone to lend me their ID or selling it. But maybe I'll see you there
 
decent lineup, I've heard all the EDM and Dubstep artists bring a terrible crowd though. I've also heard it's littered with bathsalts. Doesn't really sound like my kind of fest so I don't plan on going.
 
Honestly this. Pretty lights was good when he hadn't sold out to the EDM crowd. Anything from Filing Up the City Skies or earlier is actually listenable...
 
The worst thing is that there are people that have literally never heard of the disco biscuits. They're like who? You're like camp bisco? nothing? Facepalm
