Wtf? Has anyone done this before? Or have any clue how to do this? What are your thoughts?

Honest question: Why do kids care what color their boot tongues or cable covers are? Your baggy ski pants are going to be covering them anyways...

i'm thinking i could do it with a buff head tube and some leftover resin from ding repairs. maybe some spray adhesive too. i might try it this weekend.

This is what they said:

"Started with a 3M spray adhesive that we put right on the tongue,

including a little bit on the edges of the back of them as well. Then

stretched a thin standard bandana or necktube fabric with just a slight

stretch being sure to get the fabric seated in the grooves of the

tongues. If you carefully wrap and trim around to the spray adhesive...

you can use a thin strip of gorilla tape to seal up the back half.

That's it, took a couple tries to get it right, but we've got it dialed

now. We are getting a bunch from Full Tilt to do and sell at some point

soon!"

i know you could plasti dip it also, not as good as the hydro because plasti dip chips overtime, my friend had it on his rims on his jeeps, but either way works for just ski tongues, definitely wanna try this.

I did this, works really well except snow gets stuck on tongue so it kind of defeats the purpose. Couldn't feel a difference in flex, took mine off because the snow got stuck.
